Equipment: Light floor tiles, double glazing with tilt window system, closed wood-burning fireplace, 2 x AC (hot-cold), sofa bed for a 3rd person, Internet via Starlink with a stable connection with a small desk, washing machine, dehumidifier, insulated roof, electric hot water heater, Smart TV, all rooms (except bathroom) have access to the terrace/garden, municipal water, GESA electricity, modern and like-new furnishings incl. towels and bed linen.
Other: Bringing a dog on request (the plot can be secured at the rear - for a possibly small dog to have it completely fenced). Monthly payments, additional costs for electricity and water with an advance flat rate (billing takes place at the end of the rental agreement +/-), deposit 1.500 E for a rental of 2 - 5 months and thereafter 1.950 E
Monthly prices: Winter - Nov-Mar 1.100 E and for the transition months October and April 1.500 €. Summer months May, June and September 1.950 E. Commission depending on length of stay.
Minimum term 2 months and max. 11 months. For longer rentals, July and August are also rentable!
The house is ideal for nature lovers, as it is embedded in the forest and promises absolute peace (Nov-April). In the off-main season tourism to Cala LLombards already begins. 1 neighbor nearby.
Distances: To the bay approx. 100 m, to Santanyi approx. 5 km and to Palma approx. 57 km.
