The chalet has a closed private plot of approx. 320 m2 and has a lawn garden with BBQ, covered terrace on the ground floor and 2 uncovered terraces in 1. Floor.
Premises: The bright and 2 storey chalet of approx. 110 m2 living space was built in 2007.
Ground floor: In the entrance area is the staircase which leads to the top, then follows the bright fitted kitchen with American counter which with ceramic hobs, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Next to it is a small laundry room with washing machine and electric thermal bath.

Fully modern furnished and equipped. Bed linen, towels, hammocks, baby chair and bed.
Other: Pets are not allowed. Additional costs of electricity and water via meters extra. 1 month deposit. Includes garbage fee, internet and pool and garden maintenance. Commission depending on the length of stay.
