We are looking for a reliable and organized person to strengthen our team in the office.
Tasks:
Answering e-mails and telephone calls
Managing reservations and scheduling appointments
Maintaining lists in Excel as well as creating and editing PDF documents
Working hours:
* 5-day week - always one Saturday or one Sunday off
* 08:00 to 16:00
* Year-round employment
*Requirements:
Good organizational skills
Confident computer skills (in particular Google, Excel and PDF)
Friendly manner and communication skills
